Shipping, returns and exchanges

• Free standard shipping on orders over A$150, Australia-wide.
• Under A$150, shipping is calculated at checkout. [Flat rate to be confirmed.]
• In-stock orders leave our warehouse within [1–2] business days. You get a tracking link by email.
• Pre-orders ship by the date shown on the product page, if the piece goes ahead (see below).
• We ship within Australia only for now.

Pay by card, or in four instalments with Afterpay. Prices are in AUD and include GST.

Babies grow on their own schedule. If the size isn't right, we'll swap it for another size of the same piece within 30 days of delivery, at no cost to you. We send a prepaid return label and post the new size free.

• Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the tags still on.
• If the size you need has sold out, we'll refund you instead.

Changed your mind? You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, including Afterpay.

• You pay the return postage. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
• We refund within [5] business days of the return reaching us.
• [Socks and anything that has been in contact with skin without tags can't be returned for change of mind, for hygiene reasons.]

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund, and cover the postage. This is in addition to the 30-day policy above, not limited by it.

• Some colourways are made only if they reach a minimum number of pre-orders by the cut-off date shown on the product page.
• You pay in full at checkout.
• If a piece doesn't reach its minimum, we cancel that item and refund you in full, within [5] business days of the cut-off.
• If it goes ahead, it ships by the date on the product page, and this returns policy applies once it arrives.
